Kalfhoeksepad 8 is a new, luxury holiday home for four people in Aagtekerke, opened in February 2024. The owners built the home themselves and lovingly chose the materials — the upper floor is made from an old gym floor from Middelburg. The home is nearly energy-neutral. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and one on the first floor. On the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The living room is spacious and on the loft is a relaxation spot. The kitchen features a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher and fridge. The spacious enclosed terrace offers a wonderful spot to sit outside. Children are very welcome — upstairs is a play area on the loft, and there are permanently a cot, high chair, children's crockery and stair gate provided. Pets are welcome.
Aagtekerke is a quiet village in the green heart of Walcheren, surrounded by polders. The beaches of Oostkapelle and Domburg are within cycling distance. The area is wonderful for cycling, with rural routes through the Walcheren countryside. The village itself has a rural, relaxed atmosphere.
At Kalfhoeksepad 8, you can park for free in front of the property. A clear Hello Zeeland parking sign shows you where to park. Entry is through the main door on the right. Everything is organised for your stay.
Parking is available in front of the cottage — a Hello Zeeland parking sign has been placed. Bicycles can be stored at the cottage (not covered). Pets are welcome.
During your stay, we are always here for you. Our Guest Service Team is available seven days a week to answer any questions or help if you need assistance. In the Boarding Pass you receive before arrival, you'll find all practical information about the accommodation.

The cottage is very nice and lacks nothing! It is cozy and the small fenced garden is also very nice! It is not far to Domburg, Oostkapelle or Middelburg. The owner is so friendly and helpful! The fence was spontaneously made escape-proof for our puppy! Small attentions or gifts are not obvious either...thank you so much for that!
Beautiful house. Durable design. Quiet location. Very friendly and helpful landlords. We were only there for a short time, but felt very comfortable.
The house is new and modern. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. We immediately felt very comfortable. Check-in was very easy and the warm welcome by the landlords was extremely friendly. There were no problems during our stay. We were very satisfied. Checking out according to the instructions did not cause any problem either. Conclusion: happy to return again.
We felt very comfortable in the well-equipped cottage. The owner is very nice and surprised us with eggs from free-range chickens and homemade sandwich fillings.
Beautiful cottage, nicely located. Everything is there....... Very friendly owners who want to help you with everything. Also for Kees, the dog, it was lovely and spacious with a nice enclosed garden. Had a very nice stay with my 2 adult children and a happy poodle. Worth repeating!

A nice and familiar accommodation near Domburg; we enjoyed it very much. The owners are building their house next door, so it is a bit noisy during the day. We had a great time. However, the price was very high ...
The house was perfect for us as a family with 3 kids! Super quiet location and lots of privacy! The fenced terrace was great for the kids and the dog! The location right on the bike path really allowed you to explore the area, to the beach was about a 15 minute bike ride! The landlords are next door to us in their house and are super nice and friendly! We will definitely come back again!
