Huis aan de Duinen 5 Complex is a villa for 8 people in Zoutelande, right by the beach. The villa feels spacious and comfortable, with a sauna and an enclosed garden featuring seating areas. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms for added convenience. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the property and additional ones in a communal area. Great for families: a cot, high chair, children’s crockery and a stair gate upstairs. There is no bicycle storage, the garden is enclosed and you have a private entrance.
Inside, everything feels light, peaceful and beach-chic, with plenty of space to get together or simply retreat for a moment. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with, amongst other things, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, crockery and cutlery, wine glasses, cookware, dishwasher, fridge and freezer; the dining table seats the whole group for long breakfasts or dinners. Downstairs is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, which is handy if you don’t want to keep going up the stairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: the master with an en-suite bathroom, a second room with a double bed and a third room with two single beds. The double beds measure 180 x 210 cm and the single beds 90 x 200 cm. Each room has bed linen and a wardrobe, so you can easily store your belongings. There are four bathrooms in total. In addition to the two en-suites, there is a main bathroom with a rain shower, a spacious bath and an infrared sauna for a relaxing moment after a day at the beach. For laundry, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal; there are also additional machines in the communal area. An iron is provided. For the little ones, there is a cot without an extra-thick mattress, a high chair and children’s crockery. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a terrace and seating areas. The terrace features a large dining table, perfect for lunch in the sun or an evening barbecue. You are welcome to bring your dog; pets are allowed. The villa has a private entrance, making your arrival and stay just that little bit more peaceful.
Huis aan de Duinen 5 Complex stands in Zoutelande, on the south coast of Walcheren in the municipality of Veere. You’re between beach and dunes, with World War II bunkers still in the landscape. From the village you can spend days on the beach or walk the dune tops with sea views. Cycle the coastal path towards Westkapelle and Domburg, or head inland through the polders. For a city day, go to Middelburg with the Abbey and its historic center. In Vlissingen you can stroll the boulevard along the Westerschelde. Veere on the Veerse Meer is lovely for a walk along the quay. Nature lovers can choose De Manteling and Oranjezon with a mix of woods and dunes. Near Kasteel Westhove you’ll find Terra Maris, the museum for nature and landscape of Zeeland.
You can park for free at the accommodation and charge on site at the EV charger. There’s no separate bike storage; you can place your bike in the enclosed garden. Your dog is welcome. Check your Boarding Pass for arrival and parking details and other practical info.
