Tiny House 12, together with Tiny House 11, is one of the largest Tiny Houses on the site thanks to an extended living area, and can accommodate 2–6 people (up to 4 adults). It is identical to the adjacent Tiny House 11, making them ideal to book together if you are travelling with two families or a group of friends. Its location on the site is perfect: in a quiet yet central corner close to amenities, offering plenty of privacy, a direct view of the dunes with the most beautiful, undisturbed sunsets, and less than a 10-minute cycle ride from the beach.
It has a beachy vibe with oak furniture and a stunning palm tree in the living room. It is furnished in a modern and luxurious style with everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and fridge, amongst other things. The dining table seats 4–6 people. There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size double box spring bed (180×200 cm) and a second bedroom with an extra-large bunk bed (160×200 cm) that can accommodate up to 2 adults or 4 children. The bathroom features a good shower, a spacious washbasin unit with storage and a toilet. The tiny house is single-storey and, in addition to a sunny terrace with shaded areas, has a spacious, sunny garden with furniture for 6 people. A high chair and cot are also provided. On the grounds, children can play in the playground with a large trampoline, playhouses, etc., or on the fenced-off football pitch, and there is a large swimming pond with an outdoor shower.
Buitenplaats Zeeuwse Liefde is a small-scale holiday park with 16 tiny houses and 4 holiday homes, located just outside the charming village of Westkapelle. The park is situated in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by polders. The North Sea beach and Westkapelle town centre are about a ten-minute cycle away. From Westkapelle you can also easily reach Domburg and Zoutelande.
You can stop at the tiny house for loading and unloading. Parking is available at Zeeuwse Liefde's central car park. Pets are not allowed. For other details, see your Boarding Pass.

We spent a wonderful week in Hello Zealand's beautiful Tiny House 12, despite the changeable weather. The house was in very good condition and very nicely furnished and everything you need is there. When the dishwasher failed once, someone was on site within a few hours to fix it. The location is somewhat secluded, rural and very quiet. Exactly what we wanted. With a beautiful view of the fields and the dam in the distance, behind which you can see the ships passing by. We had visits from hares, a ferret, deer and herons outside the terrace. The beaches were about 15 minutes by bike and Westkapelle 10 minutes. Only bike rental is a bit complicated if you need several bikes. The bikes are not delivered on site, so you have to shuttle them back and forth. We really enjoyed our time and would always return!

Tiny house #12 has the best location. It is tucked away in a private corner on the resort and has amazing views across the landscape with sunset every evening we visited. The house feels luxury and very comfortable. The furniture is solid and stylish, we LOVED the palm tree that gives us a holiday vibe straight away and the beds are really good. We also liked the double bunk bed which can fit 4 children. Our kids can bring friends and still sleep well! Very pleasant stay and we will visit again!

Our cottage was very quiet. At the edge of the park. Nice view of the rural surroundings. Centrally located to make trips around Walcheren.
This is by far the most private cabin on the Zeeuwse Liefde resort and we enjoyed our evening quality moments on the terras a lot with sunset in the dunes! The furniture is new and house very clean. We will be back!

Some sunsets more beautiful than others
The Tiny House is very nicely furnished and has everything you need. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Our only complaint is that it was not very clean (cobwebs, dirty dishes, stains on towels, dust). If you like to cook for yourself, be prepared to bring or buy basic items such as salt and pepper. The complex itself is very nice and well maintained. We hardly noticed anything from the other tiny houses, it was very quiet.
Great place to relax thanks to the quiet environment and beautiful view. Short distance to the local beach. Parking lot is around the corner. Friendly staff.
