Come and enjoy our unique paradise on the coast of Zeeland, a green oasis of peace and quiet! Our small farm is located right at the bottom of the dunes, a short walk from the beach, surrounded by nature reserve 'Noordervroon' and a short bike ride from bustling Domburg (3 km) and picturesque Westkapelle (3 km). Spread over the beautiful yard of the old farmhouse, built in 1870, are a total of 4 cozy cottages, it is as if time has stood still! 'Surf House' is an authentic small house, recently partially renovated, ideal for 2 to 4 adults. You will not find luxury here and it is as if time has stood still. Think crooked walls and creaky old floors. The cottage is unique, cozy and lovingly decorated with great attention to detail. There are nice corners and many authentic and playful details. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower (new 2024), nice living-dining room and a (small) sunny enclosed private garden. Description With about 50m2 of living space this house can really be called 'tiny'. In the cozy living-dining room there is a fine sofa, relax armchair, smart TV with Netflix and a cozy round dining table. There is a complete kitchen with hot water tap, large fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and Nespresso coffee machine. From the hall you reach the separate toilet. The steep stairs to the second floor take you to the landing: Bedroom #1 has a comfortable 2-person box spring (160 x 200 cm). From the landing a separate door to bedroom #2: with two comfortable twin beds of 90x200cm. The bathroom (new 2024) is accessible from the landing and features a hot shower and sink with hot water. 'Surf House' features a nice sunny private garden with a picnic table, umbrella and lounge sofa. The garden is fully fenced and about 30m2. It is a wonderful place to relax! Also wonderful for children and dogs to roam freely. NOTE: an old house comes with a manual! Please inform our guests that the stairs to the second floor (bedrooms and bathroom) are steep. Other information On request we have a gas barbecue, a wagon, beach umbrella and plenty of (beach) toys to borrow. It is also possible to rent various types of (electric) (bak)bikes (and dog cart) from us to explore the beautiful nature and surroundings by bike. In the yard is a communal garden landscaped with flowers, hammocks and a picnic table. There are some natural play elements for the children such as a water track and step poles. There is also a small animal pasture with bunnies and chickens. There is a fire pit to start a cozy campfire and roast sandwiches and/or marshmallows and a fresh herb garden. And of course, depending on availability in our vegetable garden, greens, fresh fruit and fresh eggs are available upon request. We also have our own beautiful picking garden with colorful flowers! Feel free to pick your own bunch of flowers. Our 4 friendly Ouessant sheep cozily watch from the picking garden! DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH Our small-scale farm is a wonderful and idyllic place to relax and enjoy nature. From the garden you can hear singing birds, listen to the surf of the sea and see beautiful views. Within a few minutes walk you can enjoy the beautiful dunes, stand with your bare feet on the beach and see the most beautiful sunsets in the sea. All the ingredients are present for a relaxing and unforgettable beach vacation!
We felt very comfortable in the Tiny Surfer House and had a very relaxing vacation. Everything was as described and the hosts were super nice, always approachable and helpful. The beach is within walking distance, and Westkapelle and Domburg are easy to reach by bike.

We stayed at the adorable Surf House. At 70 years old, my mother was still able to take the steep stairs. The decor and garden were very loving. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We immediately felt very comfortable and welcome. The location is great, close to the beach and nearby Domburg has everything a vacationer's heart desires. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to everyone! Thanks again to Diana, Menno and their children for a wonderful stay!
We felt right at home - Menno & Diana are very warm hosts and our cottage was very cozy. The perfect place for a few days of rest in the middle of nature and right by the sea! Our kids and our dog loved it too! We will definitely come back!
