All four bedrooms are on the first floor, along with the bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. In summer, you can open the doors wide and fully enjoy outdoor living. A washing machine is available. The accommodation is suitable for families with children. Pets are not allowed.
IJzendijke is a quiet village in the heart of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, surrounded by polders and water. The area is beautiful for cycling and walking. The beach at Breskens and Cadzand is within driving distance. The Belgian border is nearby — a trip to Knokke or Bruges is easily made.
There is free parking at the accommodation. Pets are not allowed.

Very nice and quiet location
It was a very nice accommodation with a great garden on a small canal. The team is very helpful and always easy to reach. The house is typical of the area, the kitchen is well equipped, everything is cozy and charmingly decorated. We would have liked it to be less dusty - we were probably the first guests of the season.
Very tastefully decorated cottage. Everything is available. The upper floor is low so you quickly hit your head. Good beds but the bunk bed sags enormously. This is less suitable for adults but fine for smaller children. A point of attention is the heating. It often did not work and the system is very outdated. With a reset it worked every time. The garden is lovely and there are nice garden chairs in the barn. All in all a really nice nice place.
The house is very cozy, large and quiet. Right on a canal overlooking the fields! The garden is beautiful, huge and very well maintained. You can also relax on a small jetty by the water. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Bed linen and towels were included in the price.

Everything perfect, to a but is that you had to go to 10 minutes to get the keys, linens and towels, but to be able to go at any time, the truth is that those 10 minutes do not matter. Also finding the port and the environment in the key collection area, it was worth it.

We stayed in the accommodation for 5 nights with a group of 7 people. PRO - Airbnb looks exactly like the pictures - great environment --> large garden, small stream - perfect / quiet location --> beautiful beach area (Cadzand) only 20 min away by car --> good shopping opportunities in the surrounding villages --> city trips possible (Middelburg, Ghent etc.) - well equipped --> crockery for many people etc. - uncomplicated check in and check out - no/few mosquitoes CON - 2 hard/uncomfortable mattresses in one bedroom - lots of (also larger) spiders in the Airbnb - way too many and very pervasive flies - flies did not diminish even after days with fly swatters - early check-in and late check-out only included at extra charge The Airbnb is beautiful & the location is fantastic. It is nice to stay in the accommodation & the beach is not far away. Hopefully the spiders will be removed before the next guests come over & fly screens will be installed for the windows. The Airbnb comes highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay in quiet IJzendijke with a beautiful view. The cottage was exactly as described, cozy and cozy. The host was responsive and friendly, which made our stay extra pleasant. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and comfort!
