Molenweg 26 is a cosy holiday home for three guests, centrally located in Oostkapelle. The house boasts a wonderful large garden complete with play equipment and animals including rabbits, ponies and ducks. The entire property is single-level and ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay close to the coast. A special bonus: three of the owner's bicycles are available to explore the area.
The house is compact yet comfortably furnished. The kitchen features a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200) and one with a single bed. The bathroom is modern with a shower. Bed linens and storage space are included, as is a washing machine. A high chair and cot are available. Outside, you'll enjoy the large garden with playground equipment and comfortable seating.
Oostkapelle is a charming village on Walcheren, with the beach and dunes within cycling distance. The nature reserves of De Manteling and Oranjezon are wonderful to explore. You'll find shops and restaurants in the village. With the available bikes, you're quickly at the beach or neighbouring villages.
Free parking is available on the street in front of the house, with one parking space on the driveway. Bikes can be stored in the garage, where the owner's three bikes are also kept (two with 7 gears, one with 3 gears). Pets are not permitted. Full details are in your Boarding Pass.

Been to the de Visser family cottage for the 7th time. For 6 weeks. Enjoyed it again. Now with a mobility scooter. No problem for the de Visser family. He could stand in their garage. Talk about hospitality.
Nice, small accommodation, close to the center but quiet. In the morning we were greeted by the geese, chickens, dwarf ponies and rabbits that had their stables around our cottage. But that didn't bother us at all. It was cozy and the animals could not be heard in the evening or at night. We had a wonderful week in Oostkapelle, even the weather played along and showed its best side. We would love to come back again!
We liked the cottage very much. It is centrally located yet quiet. We found the animals very quiet and could always sleep in. We also found the landlords and their children to be reserved and friendly. The cottage itself was clean, well furnished and met our expectations. We would book it again in a moment.
We received a very friendly welcome, the hostess showed us around the cottage. She explained everything to us, clearly, quickly, just good and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable, with the easy bikes we were on the beach in 10 minutes, the village center was within walking distance. Oostkapelle is a nice, small and lively town. We had very good food there, shopping was also wonderful thanks to Jumbo. Public bus transportation is cheap, good and convenient, especially since parking rates are very high throughout the Netherlands. The weather was good, the sea was still quite warm and we rested wonderfully. Mittelburg is always worthwhile again as a destination for an excursion or Veere. Hello, We enjoyed our vacation in this cottage. We have two comments, it was very cold during our visit, a radiator in the bathroom would be an advantage, especially since the heating always turns off automatically. The double bed is very small, we are not very tall, so for us it was okay. But maybe more attention should be paid to this. But for us it was perfect. the quiet, the animals and the bikes made it easy to go to the beach. We will definitely come back. Kind regards Elke Arnold

Beautiful small house. Modern, very well equipped kitchen, new bathroom. Quiet and green, just 1 minute walk from the center. Our highlight was the large sun terrace and the bikes provided for free. We would love to come back and can only recommend the house with fresh eggs from the garden chickens.
Small house that is very well equipped. Everything very clean. The beds were already made when we arrived. The size is more suitable for 2 people. In addition, the house is centrally located (walking distance from the Jumbo), but at the same time quiet (2nd row). There are 3 bicycles available for free, sufficiently equipped for trips to the beach (about 2.5 km away). The outdoor terrace overlooking the greenery is very nice. The singing of the birds in the morning is fantastic. The hosts were also very friendly.
As always a pleasure to spend a vacation in Oostkapelle. Immediately relaxing when you feel at ease. And that is possible in this small but cozy cottage. Those looking for tranquility will not be disappointed here. Zeeland has been an AHA experience for more than 30 years.
This was our 2nd time there and we enjoyed it again. Small, clean, but well thought out, quiet accommodation. Centrally located a 2 minute walk to the supermarket, 2.5 km bike ride to the beach. We can't judge child-friendliness because there were two of us there, but we think it is attractive to children because of the animals in the adjacent garden (ponies, chickens, rabbits, geese, ducks).

Just did a weekend in Walcheren. Our stay was a cozy detached cottage on private property. Lovely and quiet. Good box spring beds and good shower room. All the luxuries were there for a very pleasant price.
Friendly, personal welcome, good, quick communication with owners, privacy, quiet, view of well-tended garden, use of excellent bikes, use of washing machine, good new pans. Kitchen equipment could be a bit more complete. Unfortunately no mosquito nets. The apartment looks larger in the pictures than it really is.

The cottage offers everything you need in a small space: The kitchen is well equipped, the furnishings and outdoor facilities are well maintained, the underfloor heating and fan heater do a good job in winter! Unfortunately, there is no reserved parking space at the door - the search sometimes took some time.
