Oosterpark 108 is an exclusive and luxurious holiday home for four guests in a park-like, wooded setting in Oostkapelle. The house is completely single-level, stylishly furnished and eco-friendly thanks to solar panels. A special highlight is the private sauna and rain shower, making the stay exceptionally comfortable even in winter. Pets are welcome.
The house is stylishly modern and luxuriously furnished, with all rooms on the ground floor. The living room features a gas heater and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with, amongst other things, an espresso machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, hand blender, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There are two bedrooms with wardrobe space and a TV in both rooms. The bathroom features an Aquacell water softener, which is beneficial for people with eczema or other skin conditions. The shower area has a double rain shower head for extra comfort, as well as a built-in Sunshower with infrared: ideal for relieving muscle aches. In addition, the bathroom features a traditional sauna, where you can relax completely. A washer-dryer is provided. In the garden, you can relax in the sun loungers or in the lounge area under the canopy. There is also an electric heater there. There is also a dining table for four people in the garden and a barbecue in the shed. A high chair, cot and children’s crockery are available.
Oostkapelle is a friendly village on Walcheren, surrounded by nature and close to the sea. Oosterpark is set in a park-like, wooded environment. De Manteling and the beach are within cycling distance. You'll find shops and restaurants in the village, and Domburg and Middelburg are nearby.

really a very luxurious bungalow where the cozy decor makes you feel right at home. It lacks nothing and is very clean. In the bathroom you imagine yourself in a wellness area.

The cottage we stayed in was in a beautiful park and was clean and fully equipped. Deliciously enjoyed the sauna and sunshower! Outside a lovely porch with heating. What a luxury!
We had two great weeks in the house, along with our dog. The house and facilities were even better than expected (charcoal barbecue and even a radiant stove in the covered, cozy sitting area etc), so nothing stood in the way of staying in the garden, even in bad weather. The garden is fenced and offers plenty of peace and privacy. The gas fireplace in the living room and the sauna and shower are also great. The location in the quiet, green East Park is ideal, just a two-minute walk to get sandwiches and close to the beach and forest/nature reserve. We would love to come back again!
We stayed repeatedly in the beautiful house 108 and nothing was lacking. Great weather for 2 weeks in early September. We have already booked for 2022. The house, Oostkapelle and the beautiful surroundings leave nothing to be desired. Only small note: The leather sofa is already very worn.
Since the renovation of the cottage, we have gone to East Park 108 once or twice a year. For us retired people with a dog, this is the perfect vacation destination. Zeeland and the cottage just suit us no matter the time of year. We were here for the first time in October/November and were still in T-shirt on the terrace.
We felt right at home in this house! The three televisions, the sauna and the shower for two make this accommodation of very high quality. The fenced garden with lots of garden furniture is also very well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable. Above all, everything is very clean. With two dogs it is not always easy to find such a great vacation home. Thank you We will definitely come back!
This was our 2nd time in this super bungalow. The house is very tasteful and equipped with everything we would not want to miss on vacation. A great bathroom, even with a sauna, a guest toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, a large garden in which we barbecued, this lounge with radiant heaters, etc. We had a great time.
The house is great and the garden a blast, we had visits from a robin and a hedgehog! The location is perfect! But it is not really suitable for people with disabilities. The bathroom is too narrow, you can't get in with a wheelchair! Fortunately, I walk with a walker.
The house is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired (sauna, large shower, extra WC and much more). The house is fenced and dogs can roam freely. The garden is large and there is a separate cabin for chilling out. The stay was just great.
We spent a week in November in this cozy and beautifully decorated vacation home. Our dogs were also very happy because we were near nature reserve the Manteling and not far from the beach, all within walking distance. Unfortunately during our stay all restaurants and beach pavilions were closed during the week, but in Oostkapelle we were well placed thanks to Jumbo. The kitchen was perfectly equipped to cook for ourselves. We will definitely book the house again.
It is a lovely house. Even in the winter. We had beautiful winter weather. Cold and sunny. Enclosed garden. Now not used only for bird feeding. Our dog did not go in the garden now. Cozy stove in the house. Nice bathroom with a sauna and sunshower. Walked a lot, too bad the beach bar was only open on weekends. We have been to this house before. Everything is more than enough present ( plates cutlery etc). Is unfortunately often occupied. So in the spring to the neighbors.
The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Sufficiently equipped kitchen in terms of cooking utensils etc, excellent location to the beach, quiet area, good furnishings, thoughtful layout, the fireplace heated by gas at the touch of a button, everything was perfect and exactly as described on the Sea & Sun website. We have already booked our next vacation for this accommodation.
Everything was perfect: the house is so well equipped and everything has been thought of! The garden is fenced and the terrace is secluded! The location is fantastic, an oasis of tranquility!

We stayed for the 3rd time in this great bungalow. The decoration, the garden with dog, the short walk to the beach and to town, 2 toilets, sauna, all very attractive. The first days the sun shone, then it snowed. We had never seen the garden like this before. Even the rain didn't bother us, with a dog you don't know if the weather is good or bad. When we returned, we turned on the gas stove and it was comfortably warm.
We spent the first week of May for the third time in this beautiful house. It was again a very nice and relaxing vacation. The house is uniquely beautiful and very well equipped. This year we could also enjoy the beautiful garden in the sun. We would love to come back again next year😀.

We loved it very much!!! Nice and cozy, very well equipped kitchen - but the best thing was the sauna, and for our retriever the fenced yard was great. The solution with the key is also great! And the proximity to the beach is great! We would love to come back in the new year. Kind regards
Our week in this lovely house was wonderful. The bathroom was great, unfortunately we did not find an instruction manual for the sunshower so we did not use it. It would be advisable to replace or sharpen all the chef's knives. The gas fireplace provided a cozy atmosphere.
Lovely enjoyed the cottage and the surroundings. Garden is fenced which is nice for the dog. Lots of walking and cycling. There are nice restaurants in the village, something for everyone. We have been coming here for 30 years that says it all. Always different cottages.

Nice vacation home, in each of the bedrooms and in the living room there is a TV, very nicely furnished, top renovated, spacious bathroom, guest toilet, sauna, kitchen also has a good equipment, dishes and cutlery, pots, glasses everything sufficiently present, we felt comfortable, we can recommend the vacation home without restrictions and would also return.
