This beautiful villa for eight guests is quietly situated on the Eikenlaan in Oostkapelle. In the well-maintained, sunny garden with two terraces you can enjoy the evening sun late into the summer. Sometimes deer and rabbits even find their way into this lovely garden. The open layout on the ground floor means you always stay connected with your travel companions, whether you are cooking, watching TV or sitting on the terrace.
Eikenlaan 18 is a spacious villa for eight guests, quietly situated in Oostkapelle. The property has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with two toilets in total. The open layout on the ground floor with French doors and large windows gives a wonderfully spacious feel. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and wine glasses. There is a fireplace for cosy evenings. Outside there is a well-maintained garden with plenty of lawn and two terraces. A washing machine is available. A cot and high chair are provided, and the property is suitable for children. Bicycles can be stored under the canopy behind the shed and at the carport.
Oostkapelle is a quiet and green village on Walcheren, surrounded by woods and dunes. The beach is a short cycle ride away and the woods of De Manteling offer wonderful walking opportunities. The village has a pleasant centre with shops and restaurants. A cycle ride to Domburg, Veere or Westkapelle takes you past the most beautiful spots on Walcheren.
There is ample parking at the property for more than two cars. Pets are not allowed. The property is suitable for children — a cot and high chair are available.

Pleasant home, pleasant stay, only missed an iron and ironing board
Very nice and spacious house on a large plot in a quiet location. Ideal for families with children. Very well equipped kitchen and large, bright dining area (thanks to large windows plus skylight). Living room furnishings a bit outdated (old, worn couches with shoddy covers). 3 bedrooms spacious, one a bit cramped due to sloping ceiling. Practical: 1 bathroom on the upper floor, 1 WC on the first floor and 1 bathroom with bath and sink integrated in the room on the first floor. Cleaning condition of the house on arrival gives a point deduction (unfortunately throughout the stay sewer smell in the upstairs bathroom). All in all, highly recommended accommodation for 8-9 people.
We were very satisfied and felt very comfortable with 2 families in the quiet house with a large garden. The vacation went by way too fast with swimming, biking and hiking. We will come back next year and are looking forward to it.
We really enjoyed our stay with you; it probably won't be our last. Minor flaws in the lighting (spotlights above the dining table) may need to be fixed....
We (parents, grandparents and 2 children, 6 and 3) stayed at 18 Oak Avenue for the 2nd time. We appreciate the spaciousness of this house. Especially the dining area stands out for its brightness and size. We would also like to mention the commitment of the Sea and Sun team.

Very nice house with wonderful light. Fantastically located on the edge of the forest. The deer and bunnies played right into our yard. Everything present that was needed except for a few details. Bit disappointed in the service from Sea and Sun itself, but that has nothing to do with the house itself.
A beautiful house with lots of space inside and outside, particularly suitable for families with children. The initial annoyance about the late cleaning was quickly forgotten. However, the adults found the mattresses too soft. Nevertheless, we plan to return next year with our children and grandchildren.
We stayed in Oak Avenue 18 for a week with 6 adults and 2 children. The house is very nice (15 min walk to the beach) and very private with lots of greenery. Thanks to the fence and gate, the kids were able to have fun on their own in the spacious garden. We especially liked the conservatory for breakfast/dinner when it got too cold outside.
The house at 18 Oak Avenue is very spacious and offers plenty of room for 8 people. The children can play wonderfully on the large and self-sufficient grounds. The house had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The parking is also very welcome. It would be nice if you could move into the house earlier than 4pm.
The house and garden are beautiful and very quiet. We were there with 7 people (including 3 children). Fruit trees in the garden, a large terrace and a huge lawn leave nothing to be desired to relax even there.The beach is within walking distance or quickly and easily reached by bike. Points deducted for cleaning because the cleaners came when we had already moved into the house to take over basic cleaning from the previous tenant. Also unfavorable is the 2 weekly emptying of the garbage cans. With 7 people and including small children, a 2 week interval is too long.
We regularly enjoy our vacations in this beautiful house with a family friend. We especially like the location, the spacious living and dining room and the large garden. Everyone can find rest and relaxation, and the balance between community experience and time for yourself works very well. The decor is modern and tasteful, only the room with bunk beds is not so popular with our teenagers anymore and is a bit of a compromise. We would love to come back again!
We spent a very nice vacation with the family. The house is very spacious and offers enough space for everyone. The equipment is good. The garden is very large and we were able to enjoy the mild autumn days. The location in the countryside is quiet and pleasant, and the beach is not far away. One small downside: the house is a bit outdated. The service from Sea&Sun Holiday is excellent, all questions were answered or dealt with immediately. We will come back next year.

We spent an Easter week in Oostkapelle again this year with our children and grandchildren and were again very satisfied. The large fenced area is ideal for children to play in. Also worth mentioning is the convenient location between the beach and the village. We would love to come back again.
Lovely stay in a large house with a spacious garden, perfect for sunbathing on windy days. The barbecue and large table inside and outside were perfect for barbecues with friends.
We as a family always come back to enjoy our vacations with the sea, bikes and the cozy Dutch flair. We really love this mix of sea, nature, nice towns and the whole relaxed way of life. The house, with its ideal location and facilities, offers a very pleasant environment for 2 families. We especially appreciate the spacious outdoor, living and dining area with the garden. The bunk bed in the children's room is more suitable for a family with small children. The service from Sea & Sun is always very good and fast, and they also help quickly with any problems. Excellent stay had with children and grandchildren. A very nice house with all amenities. We did miss a stair gate, our 2 grandchildren cannot yet climb stairs on their own. We had beautiful weather and made much use of the beautiful large garden. Also very nice that the house is within walking distance of forest and beach.

Spacious house and large lot, ideal for families with children and grandchildren. The beach, restaurants and stores are within walking distance. One small minus point with the equipment: the cutlery was scarce, so we occasionally had to wash dishes by hand. Nonetheless, we will gladly return.

The house and garden are lovingly designed. One drawback is still the lack of cutlery, there is only enough for one meal at a time. It would also be nice if the bathtub/shower in the bedroom/downstairs had handles to get out safely. The risk of slipping is very high for older people. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to criticize. We enjoyed our time in the house and garden.
The house is very large, so the whole family had plenty of room. Upon arrival, the dishwasher had not been emptied and there were pieces of laundry all over the closet. It would be nice if there were more small spoons and a support handle would definitely be mounted to the bathtub, as I fell into the tub after showering while getting out and broke a toe. Of course, I was lucky that it was not a major injury. We have already booked the two weeks at Easter and the two weeks in the fall vacations again for 2025 and hope the suggestions will be taken into account. Apart from that, we really enjoyed the beautiful garden and the proximity to the sea and would like to thank the owner for making his house available to us.
This is the fifth time we have spent two wonderful weeks with the whole family in this beautiful house. We especially enjoy the absolute tranquility and proximity to the beach.
