A touch of Australia, but just in Zeeland. At Noosa Zeeland you stay in one of the four charming cottages in Westkapelle, hidden behind the dunes and within walking distance of the sea. Right between Westkapelle and Domburg you will find everything for a relaxing vacation: sun, sea, beach and a good dose of boho vibes. Ideal for a family vacation Zeeland or a weekend away with friends.

All cottages have a sunny private garden, complete with garden furniture, picnic table, beach umbrella and (beach) toys. The gardens are fully fenced and a wagon can be borrowed – on request. Everything for a relaxing beach day.

Soon there will also be a communal playground. Children can go go-karting, romp around with outdoor toys or cuddle animals in the small meadow with chickens, rabbits and cute Ouessant sheep. For parents (and anyone who likes a chat) it is a nice meeting place. There are picnic tables, and even a campfire in the evening.

A maximum of two dogs per cottage are allowed, provided they are well socialized. In the common outdoor area, we like to keep them on a leash, so that everyone can enjoy themselves carefree.

Moreover, Noosa is a place that lives with the seasons. Together with Stichting Landschapsbeheer Zeeland, we are increasing biodiversity: hundreds of trees and shrubs have already been planted, a 1,000-square-meter flower meadow has been sown and water pools have been dug. And then there is the Struintuin – our vegetable garden full of strawberries, raspberries, tomatoes, carrots and pumpkins. It doesn’t get any fresher.

Directly behind Noosa begins the Noordervroon, a nature reserve where the silence is still really quiet. From your cottage you can walk straight into the dunes, where you can stroll, get a breath of fresh air and build endless sandcastles.

Walcheren is made for exploring by bicycle. From Noosa you can be in Domburg or Westkapelle in 10 minutes, but the bike paths take you just as easily further along villages, country roads and the sea that is always nearby. Prefer electric? Rent a bicycle from Hello Bikes and pedal effortlessly towards the horizon.

Less than a five-minute walk away is one of the most beautiful surf beaches in Zeeland. The waves there are often surprisingly good – perfect for learning or just going wild. Kite surfing, supping or wing foiling are also possible here. And for those who can use some help: at Surfclub Domburg (1 km away) they give lessons in everything to do with surfing.
