Five hip beach pavilions in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen

At Hello Zeeland, we are always looking for the best inspiration for you as a tourist or resident of Zeeland. A visit to Zeeland would not be complete without a visit to the beach. You can take the bike or go on foot. Or you do it completely differently: you go out in a golf cart! From Cadzand-Bad via Groede to Breskens. In this article you will read all about the hippest beach pavilions in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen.

Moio Beach

We start this route in Cadzand at the coast at Moio Beach, a beautiful beach pavilion with a beautiful interior. Aqua-blue accents that go perfectly with the beach vibes you’re bound to feel that day. You sit best on the side of the pavilion with the marble tables and blue chairs. Maybe not the most convenient place to have lunch, but it’s also good for the eye! The toast with salmon is a must as are the cheese croquettes served with slices of bread.

Ruig

We continue our route one beach pavilion over: beach pavilion Ruig. With its white-painted walls and sloping roof, Ruig is a real eye-catcher. As soon as you step inside the pavilion, you immediately experience the relaxed atmosphere of this pavilion with wooden materials and industrial look. A real rugged look where you definitely want to spend some time. There are several cozy benches outside where you can enjoy your snack and drink in peace. Tosti Ruig comes highly recommended, as does the pizza bread with various tapenades. Super tasty and fun to share!

Woest 17

There are plenty of trendy addresses on the coast of Zeeland, so we’re going to continue. Off to the botanical beach pavilion Woest 17 in Nieuwvliet! Inside, you will find special plants and tall murals everywhere, and outside there is a nice terrace. Everything together makes this place very cozy to spend some time. By now lunch is a while ago, so it’s time for ice cream. There is a choice of ice cream sundaes and varying desserts such as crème brûlée with mango ginger sorbet or a praline cake with meringue and cinnamon ice cream. Not much of an ice cream lover? Then Woest 17 has plenty of other snacks and drinks to choose from.

Beachhouse 25

After Woest, we continue toward Beachhouse 25, located between Groede and Breskens. Beachhouse is another one of those trendy beach joints where you can go for lunch or dinner. Of course you can also just have a drink, but it will be a really successful afternoon with a big tapas plate in front of you. Here it’s really enjoying on the lovely lounge sofa surroundings by Ibiza vibes….

Loods Tien

Almost in Breskens, so almost at the end of the route (16 km total). But not before we paid a visit to Loods Tien. Also the interior of Loods Tien is very tasteful. We love it so much because it’s close to our own Hello Zeeland style. Here we end our itinerary with dinner; hapas, meat, fish, vega? You name it, you are sure to find something tasty at Loods Tien.
