Neighborhood

Cadzand-Bad lies on the coast of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen and offers one of the widest beaches on the Zeeland coast. It is a wonderful spot for beach lovers, with plenty of space and beautiful dune walks. In the centre of Cadzand-Bad you will find charming restaurants and shops. The Belgian border is nearby — a trip to Knokke-Heist or historic Bruges is easily done.

Access

Parking is available in the garage beneath the apartment complex. Information about access to the garage can be found in the Boarding Pass you receive before arrival. Bicycles can be stored under Duinhof 6. Pets are not allowed.

Duinhof V 1-7 is a comfortable apartment on the first floor, furnished for four guests. The two bedrooms each have single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. A washing machine and iron are available. Positive: Het strand is lekker dichtbij, paar minuten lopen. Ook ben je zo bij een aantal restaurants op het strand. De locatie is erg nieuw. Valt niks op aan te merken. Schoon, ruime kamers, ruime badkamer, en fijn balkon. Negative: Geen airco aanwezig, was voor ons weekend geen probleem het was niet erg warm. Je krijgt veel informatie online over allerlei praktische zaken en je krijgt makkelijk contact, dat is erg goed geregeld Wel een tip: de parkeergarage is erg groot en je rijdt onder diverse aparte gebouwen door. De nummering en ingang van het appartement vinden was voor ons wel een zoektocht. Meer info over de ingangen is welkom, bijv door een plattegrond (misschien was ie te vinden middels de linkjes..weet ik niet).

Eine sehr schöne, saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, wir haben selten soviel Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aller Art in Ferienwohnungen gehabt. Ein kleiner Hinweis, welchen Aufgang man aus der Tiefgarage nehmen muss, um die Wohnung zu erreichen, wäre hilfreich gewesen, aber dank netter Nachbarn war das dann auch so relativ schnell geschafft.

Positive: Top Lage - obwohl unser Appartement direkt an der Straße lag - dafür ab Mittags bis Abends Sonne auf dem Balkon! Zugang ohne Schlüssel mit Code war super! Negative: Waschbecken in der Gästetoilette sehr klein und keine Ablagen. Nur eine Toilette aber dafür irgendwie ungewöhnlich das Possoir im großen Bad. Wir waren zwei Frauen und hätten uns über einen Schminkspiegel gefreut.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location, it is clean, modern and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed for a long stay. After great difficulty checking in because of incomplete instructions, it was a great pleasure to be there. The company graciously refunded some of our money and I presume they will correct their instructions so the next occupants will have smooth sailing! We would love to come back.
