Thanks to its extended living space, Tiny House 11, together with Tiny House 12, is one of the largest and most comfortable tiny houses in the park and is suitable for 2 to 6 people (maximum 4 adults). The property is identical to Tiny House 12, making it ideal to book together for two families or a group of friends wanting to holiday together. The location is perfect: quiet yet central on the site, offering plenty of privacy, direct views of the dunes and beautiful, unspoilt sunsets. What’s more, the beach is less than a 10-minute bike ride away, making this accommodation ideal for a relaxing beach holiday on the Zeeland coast.

The Westkapelle lighthouse is a striking landmark offering wonderful views across the coast. Visit the Polderhuis museum for an enlightening experience about the water disaster and the Zeeland people's struggle against the water. For a lovely cycling trip, you can cycle along the sea dyke towards Domburg, with wide views of the sea and dunes along the way.

Neighborhood

Buitenplaats Zeeuwse Liefde is a small-scale holiday park with 16 tiny houses and 4 holiday homes, located just outside the charming village of Westkapelle. The park is situated in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by polders. The North Sea beach and Westkapelle town centre are about a ten-minute cycle away. From Westkapelle you can also easily reach Domburg and Zoutelande.

Access

You can stop at the tiny house for loading and unloading. Parking is available at Zeeuwse Liefde's central car park. Pets are not allowed. For other details, see your Boarding Pass.

Space

The tiny house features a cosy, luxurious interior with a beachy vibe, thanks to the oak furniture, pleasant colours and a striking palm tree in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and fridge, and the dining table seats 4 to 6 people. There are two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size box spring bed (180x200 cm) and a second bedroom with an extra-large bunk bed (160x200 cm), suitable for 2 adults or 4 children. The bathroom features a spacious shower, a washbasin unit with storage space and a toilet. The single-storey house also boasts a sunny terrace with a shaded area and a spacious, sunny garden with garden furniture for 6 people. For families with children, there are additional facilities such as a high chair and cot, and on the grounds you will find a playground with a trampoline, play equipment, a fenced-off football pitch and a large swimming pond with an outdoor shower.

Transit

At Buitenplaats Zeeuwse Liefde, parking is available on the left side of the shell path, near the entrance. There are no parking facilities at the accommodation itself. Further details can be found in your Boarding Pass.

Ik kan alleen maar zeggen dat dit een geweldig tint house is! Alles erg schoon, mooie aankleding en de sfeer was top. heerlijk rustig gelegen en niet zo massaal. Wij hebben een toptijd gehad daar en komen zeker terug!

Positive: Die Unterkunft war sehr schön- ein tolles TinyHaus mit schönen Räumlichkeiten Negative: Leider war das Haus nicht sehr sauber - es gingen überall Spinnweben - zudem war die Kommunikation nicht sehr gut - im Haus war es sehr warm und es gab keine Info zur Heizung/ Lüftung - die Geräte waren leider nicht selbsterklärend .

Positive: The place has beautiful windows to green fields with a great terrace and picnic table. It is modern and, while small, has comfortable bedrooms and bathroom. It is very well located, especially if you have bikes. It is very quiet and peaceful. Wifi worked well on our phones. Negative: It was impossible to regulate the apartment temperature and it was extremely hot throughout the night. There was no kitchen cloth, sponge, paper towels or anything for cleaning dishes or surfaces nor any cleaning products. They left 1 dishwasher tablet, so we could only clean dishes once during our stay. There was no oil, salt or pepper, although the listing said they had these essentials. Check out is at 10AM, which is way to early, but they did allow us 11AM "late check out" for no fee. While it is a beautiful place, they could certainly improve to make the stay more comfortable.
