Groede is a quiet, small village in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, surrounded by open polder landscape. The beach is within easy reach. In the area you'll find beautiful cycling routes through the polders and along the coast. The lively seaside resort Cadzand-Bad and the historic fortified town Sluis are nearby for a day out.

Positive: de locatie is heel rustig gelegen ook is het nabij een drukke weg, we hadden er totaal geen last van. Het aanpalend terras was heel leuk om in de avondzon een boek te lezen. Heel stemmig ingericht vakantiehuisje. Negative: een tip : de douchedeur sluit niet perfect waardoor er wat water op de grond terecht komt

Positive: Ich hatte für zwei Wochen das Tiny House "Wood & Fire", also das mit der Holzdielen-Terrasse auf der rechten Seite. Top Lage und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung. Super, dass eine Klimaanlage eingebaut war. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Tolles Informationspaket des Vermieters vor und nach dem Aufenthalt. Schnelle Reaktionszeit des Vermieters auf Nachfragen. Top, dass eine Waschmaschine samt Trockner kostenfrei zu nutzen war. Negative: Kein Besen/ Kehrblech auffindbar, mit dem ich Sand und Staub hätte entfernen können. In der Küche ist nur ein Haken zur Aufhängung für ein Handtuch. Für Geschirrtücher fehlten Haken. Die Tür der Dusche war schwer zu schließen. Der Preis ist meines Erachtens nach 10% zu hoch angesetzt.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor paar dagen strand

Positive: Leuk huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij verbleven hier tijdens een hittegolf en het was perfect bij het strand en snachts met airco! Negative: De locatie is niet bijzonder. Pak de fiets of auto naar het strand.

En natuurlijk verheugen we ons op een volgend verblijf!

Positive: We hebben wederom genoten van het verblijf in dit heerlijke huisje. Heel fijn bed, super douche, fantastisch terrasje in de zon, en die scheen heerlijk. Het voelt voor ons als thuiskomen in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen.

Positive: Het huisje was tiptop in orde. Gemakkelijk om in- en uit te checken. Keuken alles voorzien. Waterkoker voor thee. Afgelegen. Geen last van buren. Eetgelegenheden dichtbij met de auto. Groot tweepersoonsbed met één grote dons. Heerlijk. Negative: De eerste avond kregen we de kachel niet aan. Antwoord op onze vraag kwam pas de dag nadien. Achteraf bekeken net goed, want in de nacht had het veel te warm geweest. Voor ons was het echt prima, maar voor enkele van onze vrienden was het niet mogelijk geweest via de trap naar bed te kunnen.

Heerlijke tinyhouse als perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een weekend uitwaaien aan zee

Positive: Prachtig huisje waar eigenlijk niks aan ontbrak. Het was smaakvol ingericht. Het voelde erg knus en het was dicht bij het strand. Heerlijk bedje met een beetje een spannende trap maar dat vonden wij juist avontuurlijk. Het was lekker stil in de omgeving en we hebben heerlijk vast geslapen met een specht die ons af en toe wakker maakte 's ochtends. Negative: Er was geen communicatie met de hosts. Ik heb tot 2 keer toe een vraag gesteld en gewoon geen antwoord gekregen. Er waren alleen maar geautomatiseerde berichten. Dit viel ons persoonlijk heel erg tegen. Er was niet echt een goed licht in de badkamer en ook bij aankomst was het buiten erg donker, geen buitenlampje of niks waardoor we eigenlijk niet konden zien waar we moesten zijn. De tinyhouse ligt langs een redelijk drukke weg maar op een of andere manier merk je daar in het huisje en 's nachts eigenlijk niks van.
