Margrietenlaan 5, also known as Huize Vermeer, is a spacious holiday home for 8 people in the beautiful town of Oostkapelle. It is ideal for families who want to enjoy the Zeeland coast together. The name Huize Vermeer refers to the extensive art collection that gives the house a unique and stylish atmosphere.

Visit Het Kaslokaal for homemade cakes and lunch in an atmospheric tea garden. Taste the Zeeuwse bolus from the local baker. Take a beach walk towards Domburg or explore the dunes of Oranjezon.

Oostkapelle is an atmospheric village on Walcheren, surrounded by nature and within cycling distance of the beach. De Manteling and Oranjezon are beautiful natural areas to explore. The village centre offers shops and restaurants, and Domburg and Middelburg are nearby.

The driveway has space for 3 to 4 cars, where you can park free of charge. Bicycles can be stored in the garage or under the canopy in the garden, and the gate can be locked. Pets are not permitted. All practical information can be found in your Boarding Pass.

The holiday home is spacious and comfortably furnished: a real family home. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (washbasin and shower). The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has two single beds, whilst the other bedrooms each have a double bed. The second bathroom is also upstairs. There are separate toilets both upstairs and downstairs.

The living room is a cosy mix of colours and various seating areas. From the living room, you step into the spacious, light-filled conservatory with an eight-person dining table. From the conservatory, sliding doors lead out to the large, south-facing garden. The garden is fully enclosed, ideal for children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with, amongst other things, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is plenty of space to store bicycles. A high chair, cot and stair gate are also available.

There's space for 3 or 4 cars on the drive at Margrietenlaan 5, meaning you can park for free at the accommodation. The front door is dark blue. It's all straightforward, so you can enjoy your stay worry-free.
