    Revocation, cancellation and early termination

    The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following agreements:

    • for the supply of services after the service has been fully performed, provided that performance has begun with the consumer’s express prior consent and recognizing that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;
    • for the delivery of goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly intended for a specific person;
    • where the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the trader for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance. If during the visit the merchant provides additional services specifically requested by the consumer (i.e., repair or maintenance), the right of withdrawal applies to those additional services or goods. Similarly, if the merchant provides goods other than the replacement parts needed to perform the repair or maintenance during the visit, the right of withdrawal applies to these goods;
    • tenant may terminate the agreement immediately if landlord increases the price without this being a direct result of circumstances as described above under “rights and obligations of landlord”.

    Disputes

    • Furthermore, all provisions of Dutch law apply, with the court in Middelburg as the competent court.
